Platform integrations will always remain available.
Results from using the Services will meet your expectations.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, InstaDM and its affiliates, directors, employees, contractors, licensors, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages.

Our total aggregate liability arising from or relating to the Services shall not exceed the total subscription fees paid by you during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so portions of this section may not apply to you.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless InstaDM and its affiliates, employees, officers, directors, licensors, and partners from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses arising from:
